Before you start: items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened candles and pierced-earring sets cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If something arrived damaged or wrong, tell us below — we replace it, shipping included, and you keep the broken one.

What happens next

We read your request and reply within 1 business day with a return address and a short checklist.
Pack the item securely (the original box is ideal) and drop it in the post. Return shipping is $6.99 and comes off the refund — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Refund lands on your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us. We email you the moment it is issued.
